I have had 6 calls today started at dinner time and last call was at 9.30pm from +07446225480 I answered the first call which was a Indian man after that I kept answering and leaving my phone on the table and carried on with what I was doing. Most of the time they hung up quite quickly but on the forth call they stayed on the line for nearly 10 minutes.

I was called by an indian man with poor command of the english language claiming they were from a lifestyle company or such like and also had my full name and address, and they said they had obtained this information from a free database, once I said I wasnt prepared to answer any questions they hung up. Blocked.

They won't identify who they are, but they want me to confirm my name and address.
Don't care if they are genuine or not, they're acting like they want information that could be used for identity fraud

Been calling all day leaving no voicemail. Partner picked up and an Indian woman ask for me personally using my full name. When my partner handed me the phone the woman said she wasn't an insurance company or trying to sell me anything. She asked me if this was xxxxx xxxxx my full name and proceeded to ask me if this was my name and read out to me my full address. I attempted to blow her off mark by saying I no longer lived at the address but she proceeded to ask me to confirm my new address. I then asked her who she was and where she was calling from and where she got my details to which she responded from a free database. When I asked her which one and asked her to remove my name immediately she hung up. Identity theft! Beware!!!!! There is no legal database that links my birth name, home address and phone number !

Theyre cunning as foxes these people (those from the Asian call centres) when you ask these questions that they feel theyre about to be caught out they very rudely put the phone down-its only because they want to keep your details so they can keep harassing you. If a similar conversation turns up like that again with these same people (or any different call centres -if I were you- if theyre constsntly harassing us to get ID in their ways-Call the police- record relevant parts of the conversation , times & dates you ve received them & of course the no -which in this case is this one, & get their advice as well -see what they can do or if theyre prepared to investigate it. -

this number +07445225480 or they will call as an 'unknown' identity keeps ringing everyday like 2-4 times and you cant even understand what they are saying. I asked them to stop calling and simply remove my number from their system to which they just hung up on me. just a waste of time and resources really.

At the risk of putting the mockers on it no more phone calls. don't worry I'm not giving them anything, & this will apply to any telemarketer. Perhaps turn it around on him somehow.
If they do comeback I m just gonna put the phone down on them (like they do to us)

indian based individuals who will not remove details from the databases.
kept calling me over and over and over 5 times a day.
they want to confirm sensitive personnel information about yourself do not give them any information.

It should be obvious to them that if someone has said repeatedly no thanks or put the phone down on them then they should have the nouse that the number should be removed from their database-but no, thye continue to phone cos being a call centre theyre competing for a sell & the only way they are going to get one is to keep harassing people until they do. if it comes to harrsement I may call the police -

Had two phone calls first left me a voicemail saying hello hello hello and the other 2 hours later a missed call they use the above number but have 00 at the beginning aswell I'm guessing they are phoning from a different country

I asked him what company he is from & either he uses his poor command of English to disguise who he is … speaks gobbdygook or on both times I have said I'm not interested & he puts the phone down -
