You want to avoid cowboys like the Get out of debt TikTok mob. They are not authorised by the FCA to give debt advice and will get paid £1000 commission to sell you an IVA or Trust Deed. As such, they are not impartial. The right advice is to firstly approach a few debt charities and get their opinion. If an IVA or Trust Deed is still you choice, go direct to an actual FCA approved organisation. Not the Get out of debt TikTok scammers.
