Absolutely vile woman. Refused to give me her company name when I asked for it, but asked for my name repeatedly. Asked to speak to the owner of the business and when I said I was management and did not own the business I was told I was "wasting her time" and had "taught my employees to be just as rude" as myself after our receptionist put her call through to me.

she asked to speak to the owner and when told they wasn't available she started making things up and getting aggressive, she then proceeded to accuse me of trying to bully financial information from her. when i refuted this she got defensive and even more aggressive. i then ended the call in disbelief and searched the number to see descriptions of what i had just experienced.
