SMS received 14/11/2013 from +447704001875 :

I never took out PPI and I've never heard of TPPCO. As usual, the spammers are using multiple phone numbers to send this spam; try googling PPI TPPCO to see lots more examples on this and other websites.
I've forwarded it to my mobile provider's spam reporting shortcode 7726 and I'll be complaining to the ICO using their web-based complaint form. You can read all about how to do the same here:
