It was proven that they charge up to £1500 referral fees as an introducer and individuals were not told of the fees involved or that the Debt Relief Order was a better solution for them

Do what I did, go to a debt charity - Stepchange, Christians Against Poverty, National Debtline, Citizens Advice Bureau. Even ask your local council authority for advice.
