Everyone here is salty because they've racked up debt that they cant afford/refused to repay. this number is calling you to try and help you make your repayments in a way that's comfortable for you, not to shout at you/break your door down.Just answer the bloody phone and deal with your problems.

the dude replied 12/16/18, 3:34 PMIt is capital one credit and I believe their calls are computer generated, so if you get called, but no one is available to speak to you at their end that is when it cuts off. Very annoying it is too. This is what I was told by a friend who worked in a call center once. -

As many others. This number calls me and no one is there most of the time. The few times I've spoken to them they are Capital One chasing for money.They won't tell me who they think they are calling and I've never had any capital one cards. My issue is the 2nd time I spoke to someone on this number she said 'I'm calling from your bank!'
I've reported the number to TPS as now becoming annoying. -

Everytime I pick up they seem to put the phone down I need to sort my dept out so they can take money out on a certain date because I’ve just missed a payment due to swapping jobs and now I can’t pay so they added more on and it’s made matter worse for me any ideas ???

It is Capital One chasing up late payments but the thing is even if you've payed them what you owe they still call 5 times a day, such a bizzare practice why don't they just send out a letter explaining the problem and give you info on how to phone them up about it.

Have called several times today, (and a lot of calls over the past week). I have recently contact Capital One to explain my personal situation, yet still they hound me. I don't owe them a huge fortune, (a couple of hundred pounds). I've been with Stepchange but have had to take a break due to personal reasons, (bereavement and job loss), explained all this when I called them, yet they just won't leave me alone. They disgust me

They call every day, usually no one speaks when I answer, nothing... Then, today some guy said "hi is this *name*?", to which I replied "whose speaking". They hung up. Very creepy. If it is capital one then they've done a great job creeping me out and making me a bit paranoid...

Constantly phoning my mobile up to 4 times per day for the past week, stating i am entitled to claim PPI on finance i have had in the last 12 years, when i said i have never had any finance, he said well 12 to 20 years then, and i said i don't think you have any idea what age i am !!! However i continued to ask them to stop calling me and all he did was continually speak over me and i hung up the phone and just before i did i said i was going to be contacting the police.
