Called claiming to be from Sky, then when I said no correctly guessed I was about to transfer to Sky. I challenged him to tell me when I was changing and he ended call.

I was called yesterday by quite a polite guy asking me how much I pay for Broadband. I said I was unsure, and he told me about a Sky package that would cost me £19/month with no set up fees, and would include Broadband, 350 channels, including Sky Entertainment Package, Netflix and Discovery Plus. After 18 months it would increase unless I telephoned them. I said I would need to think about it, and he said I will arrange a "call-back" tomorrow. Today I was called back, but alarm bells rung, and then he hung up. I would definitely say this was a scam call, but pretty convincing.

They claim to be from Sky, I'm in contract with but this will be for TV package. Sky, may have passed details to a call centre but be warned they'll try every trick in the book if they get a hook.
