I have a spare mobile telephone I have not used for months, though I keep it active. When I get a call on it from a number like this I do not answer. That is what happened today. A few minutes later I was disturbed again when my landline rang. That, too, was a nuisance call, from the p.p.i. pests whose recorded voice keeps telling me this is their last attempt to reach me. Undoubtedly they were telling more lies. I ended the call quickly.

I looked on the website and they rated this number a 9️⃣! They called me but when I called back at different times on different days, it went to call ended or it didn't ring!
