They rang me and I just had time to say "Not interested" and put the phone down. Then my bill comes in showing a 13 second call and charges for 16 pence +VAT. That is over 1 pence per second.

Mother suffers from early onset dementia and this number is exploiting it, running up her phone bill with this high cost premium rate line. She receives a call from overseas leaving a message to call which she invariably does. Overseas calls keep coming in using different numbers each time so unable to block. The phone is her emergency lifeline and without it she would have to go into a home so in a real quandary.

Apparently they called me twice since, on Dec 3rd and Dec 10th but the calls do not appear in my calls received listings on my phone and neither of us can remember these so I had not been able to block them.
