Called twice, saying I was 'position number 1' then got cut off both times leaving me with no way to contact these people. Disgraceful considering I've just upgraded my contract with these people

The customer service number is open from 10:30 am untill 6:00pm not open on bank holidays, try calling within those hours.

Talked to the guy today calling from this number, he said he represents car phone warehouse and wants to offer a new upgrade. I have never had any deals on phone and I am not gonna have any in future either. Just lost all my trust because of all these scammers and spammers.

unfortunatley, you wouldnt have recieved a call by this number saying we represent CPW, for a couple of different reasons...
1) the number comes up withheld
2) we dont say we represent CPW
3) and we give this number after the upgrade has being processed, NOT before.
