This number caller is a pain. Only answered once told them never been in accident but they still call at least 3 times a day. So how John who works for this firm can say "we don,t bother people again if there are not interested" obviously doesn,t know the concept of not interested ,dont call again.Dont answer. BLOCKED FROM MY MOBILE.

This is an ambulance chaser they also use phone number 08452867968. I guess they have other numbers similar except for the last number they have phoned me 10-15 times and I am registered with the TPS. REPORT THEM they are blatantly ignoring the law.

keep calling regards 'unclaimed compensation' for a car accident which was actually a scratch. Have recorded the call to prove that they had absolutely no grounds to contact me. Will be reporting.
Josh Boswell replied 12/9/15, 6:11 PMHi Ian, I'm a reporter from the Sunday Times. I've been doing lots of stories on these cold callers and SPS sounds very interesting. Would you mind getting in touch? I'm on 07795 640 690 / josh.boswell AT sunday-times.co.uk

Similarly, telling me money had been "set aside" to pay for injuries I sustained in an accident. I did have a car accident a year ago but made it plain to everyone at the time, including the third party's insurers, that I sustained no injury - and that in those circumstances it was hard to see how anyone would have "set aside" money to pay me, and in any event making a claim would be fraudulent. Tried to spin me some guffy line about this not being a claim for injuries but a claim for discomfort etc, plainly did not understand that any claim of this nature would be a personal injury claim.

Same experience as Blondes Abroad - Aviva has dismissed staff member who illegally passed on our contact information to 3rd parties (calls started same day as accident!!) Aviva informed me that police are investigated with a view to prosecution.

supposedly an insurance firm!! I have just reported them to the TPS as I have had a preference service on m line since 2006! this is the 3rd call they have made so as far as I'm concerned its aggressive cold calling, if they were a decent company they would have done proper research and wouldn't be making calls to a line with a preference service on it.

called today with my full name and made up a story that i (or a named driver) had been involved in a no-fault accident in 2011 which i had not claimed on. he said there was £4000 in unclaimed funds and very pushy. As he was just fishing, I told him to go away. utter spam!

Automated dialler. Offers to clear outstanding debt problems.
Calls regularly around lunchtime... pain in the arse!
John replied 10/19/13, 3:19 AMAs I work for this firm I would like to advise we have never offered debt solving services as we are a claims management company. If you had been called and spoken too and you felt the call not too be relevant your details would be instantly removed from our database, as I work to earn money and provide a service. Why would we continually ring someone that is not interested??? It makes no sense at all.

Had a call from 08452867965, from a company called SPS claiming that money had been set aside for me as a result of a road traffic accident I was in. Pointed out that I have not been in a road traffic accident. I was in a minor shunt about two years ago, which was my fault so not sure how there could be money set aside for me to make a claim. Also advised the person, that I have a letter from Avia insurance, who were my car insurance provider at the time, stating that my details were taken by a former employee and sold to third parties, so they have my information illegally.
