   Cost me £6+ for a 9.5mins call to sort out a failed collection which was their fault…. Will be cancelling my account with them going forward!!

   I had to call JD Williams to sort out the wrong payment going into another account . These catalogues all change names...over the years. This call cost me £6.80 on my phone bill, to sort out £10 going into the wrong account.
