They didn't collect my parcel so I had to ring them twice to have it sorted out. Their customer "service" number is 08719112113. Next phone bill had two massive phone calls, both to this number plus two £2.60 + Vat CONNECTION CHARGES! I'm with EE. This is what the internet says "Whether you calling 0871 number from a mobile or landline, you must pay a premium charge for calling these numbers. Calling these numbers you can be paying up to 41p per minute making them one of the most expensive phone number prefixes in the UK." Customer Service Number, more like Customer Rip Off Number!
