   Took them a good 10 seconds to speak after I answered. They asked if ever worked with heavy machinery. This was on my mobile number. If they call again I shall find a very loud noise to play back to them.

    Asian male, very aggressive, calling from Brummie Refunds, Birmingham. Trying to con ppl into PPI refunds. Hardly spoke English, probably shipped in on the back of the lorry and working for £1 an hour. Caller shouted everything, "I sign you up, I sign you up!!" Very intimidating. The government needs lynching for allowing this to happen.

    They called I answered and put my phone down and went and made a cuppa dont know how long it took them to realise lol its a call centre they dial a few numbers at the same time whoever answers first is het!! The rest are hing up... my blocked list is longer than my contacts list bye bye

    Answered because it was a birimingham number which is common to me. Asked if I was 'my name'. I said yes then we had a third party on the line saying 'no no no'.
    Very strange and now blocked them.

    They are scam artists, but if ten telephone calls drains your phone battery that much, I'd consider replacing the battery!
