I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change my account details. Be very careful. Scammers are getting smarter!
