Regularly calling me I did answer a couple of times and they were basically trying to force a smart meter on me Very rude and forceful didn't accept my refusal just kept trying to pressure me to get a smart meter which I repeatedly refused. They then started saying things like "you must have a smart meter installed as we don't use traditional meters anymore" and "it's actually a requirement for you to have a smart meter" and then "if you have any problems with your meter we would not be able to offer any assistance as it's not a smart meter" Terrible service I now block/ignore these calls
