Does anyone recognise this number? They calming to be loft insulation experts, but after telling how I need to replace loft insulation, or I could face heavy fines. They wanted me to pay upfront, and I thought this is not legit.

I keep getting calls from these guys about insulation, saying that my home needs a moisture test, and I could fall into the illegal category, given recent tests done in my area. They were clearly scammers, as I had this done properly recently.
