   This is my company, Just Run Out Office Supplies Ltd we are an office supplies company based in Billericay and we service the UK from over 12 distribution points strategically located through out the UK.

   After saying my company name the person on the end of the line shouted 'what?! and slammed the phone down on me.

   When I answered with a simple "Hello". He responded with "I'm sorry I dialled the wrong number". He immediately rung off. I would have believed him until I searched on his number.

   Had a missed call so called back. He said he had dialled the wrong number and when I asked who he was for our records, he asked "why I dialled the wrong number". Very rude.

   SO SO rude intimidating and laughed when I politely said that the line that he rang was not used for sales calls its used as a customer line, rudely asked who he should call, and I said not something I want to discuss as the line was for customers and he was very rude laughed and was EXTREAMELY unprofessional

   wanted me to have my toaster and video recorder machine checked to stop them bursting into flames. Had another call later and no one on the other end - felt uneasy and shut my curtains.
