    Really very irritated entered competition agreed to be contacted by post ONLY this was then completely ignored, it has also put me off going to look at this companies properties or breaks to test sites to buy if this basic directive cannot be met - phone is used for my business & family text only as I am DEAF.

    I also entered a competition to win a £40k holiday home and specifically ticked the box to say I was only interested in entering the competition. This was completely ignored and passed to a telemarketing company to attempt to get me to part with £40k (as if!!!!) and buy one from them instead,
