Made the mistake of putting my real phone number in a request for an online brochure, the following day they proceeded to call me repeatedly. After the first couple of calls I blocked their number so they called from a withheld number instead - they called me seven times. This has royally put me of even considering using their services.

Received a call from this number, which is not known to me. I answered but the call cut off instantly. I suspected it maybe a phishing call so used tech on my mobile to blacklist the number. Subsequently I have received notifications at least twice daily of blocked calls from this number - yesterday I received 4 calls! I also suspect they have passed my number onto an unknown source which has also started calling me every two hours daily - again I am able to block calls with no user ID - but it's still incredibly annoying!

Hammonds Kitchens absolutely terrible.... have spent near enough a year pestering me to quote on having a kitchen after making my 1st visit to their Erdington branch inside cookes furniture. Finally, I agreed but told them that we needed a wall knocked out in the kitchen which is why we hadn't agreed to them coming before. They double checked and said they were happy to visit to quote on a kitchen and show a design of the area. Kitchen designer turned up spent about 1/2 hour in my home only to refuse giving us a design and quotation because we hadn't had the wall taken out and planning wasn't granted. I explained to them I had already told Hammond's that this was the situation..so why in heavens were they here!!!!
To make matters worse when the kitchen designer consulted his boss Paul asked him which area he was in. This surely shouldn't make any difference. I expect he needed to be sure we were worthy of a quotation & confirmation of wealth before letting this quotation proceed!!!
Unbelievably disappointing certainly wont be buying a kitchen or bedroom furniture from this company. Totally unprofessional with no regard to customer relations, surely once they had committed to visit they should fulfil their full agreement. I am appalled by the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. -

Requested a brochure last night and I've already had three calls this morning before lunch time. I can't answer as I'm at work and I won't answer now. I haven't even had chance to look at the downloaded brochure but I wouldn't order from them following their excessive calling.

Requested brochure yesterday had 2 missed calls at 9pm, 5 missed calls today despite requesting taken off call list thismorning. Absolutely no point sending me a brochure now, will not use Hammonds for my renovations.

ordered a catalogue and since had a pushy woman trying to get me to agree for someone to come out to see me. Told her i would call them if a decide. she called another 3 times that day. so i blocked her. now i am getting calls from the same woman from a withheld number. not impressed!

Have been away for work reasons for 2 days - just got to 11 missed calls in 2 days! Rang nimber back and spoke to 'hammonds customer ordering' - told them asking for a brochure was a huge mistake and now wont be placing an order! And to remove me from database!

As with the above comments, I made the mistake of requesting a catalogue - I'm now receiving 3 or 4 calls a day either from 01455623100 or 'Caller ID unknown' (used out-of-hours, I suspect). I doubt that I shall be ordering a wardrobe from them as a result.

Won't stop calling for 3 weeks 11
Calls in one day. Today it's been 4 and it's only 12! Yesterday it was 8! They use this number and they block the number from showing! If they bothered to send me a catologye then maybe I'd of answered! -

I ordered a catalogue with them a couple of months ago and requested for them not to call me, I am also on TPS I'm getting very irritated as I have told them not to call.
Chan replied 3/8/16, 1:48 PMUnfortunately, you gave them your details, they then can call you whether you are on TPS or not. I used to work for them. I haven't been there for almost 2 years now. Main reason for leaving....the amount of calls we had to do and the angry people at the end of the line. -

Placed an order for a catalogue less than 15 minutes ago and already had a call. Left my home number as I have a call blocker so none of them can get through! If I'm interested in doing business then I'll call you, I don't respond to hassle.

I ordered a Hammond catalogue yesterday and had 5 calls yesterday afternoon and evening. They wouldn't have even dispatched the catalogue yet!

I ordered a Hammond catalogue and gave my mobile, had seven calls in four days they are automated call for marketing
