Do not trust these people, they are labelling themselves as Direct Finance and claim that I had made a loan application a few weeks ago which I hadn't.
It's all part of a scam and there is also KwikQuid who are Asian and based in Liverpool -

They call and ask for the same name every day...every day we tell them they have come through to an office. Some days they deny they have called before, other days they say they will remove us from their list. Been going on for weeks.
