    James of PH called and asked to speak with the Director, without engaging with the person on the phone. Very rude, lied that he has spoken to the Director before which was totally untrue. Advised that the Director is rarely in the office and don’t want to have any dealings with PH. Extremely hostile sales call which will not result in a sale!

    Calls frequently for the MD by first name & asking to be put through - When asked who is calling he stated Tom from the PH group. Not a company we deal with so number blocked to avoid repeated cold calls.

    George called trying to sell me audio. I didnt want it but he was polite enough. I looked at their web page which appears to be perfectly legitimate. Just a sales call.

    esther, calling to speak to the MD without actually engaging with the person on the phone. Very poor attempt at a sales pitch, and very rude. Didn't try to engage with the person that answered the phone who is on the senior team, just put a snooty voice on and tried to speak with someone who is currently working remotely.

    Lloyd Young of PH Group has called multiple times a day for over a week asking for our chairman by name in regards to a company we don't have dealings with. Advised he is rarely in the office so it's best to send him an email. Lloyd said he had his mobile and would call him directly but still called back later that day. Neither Chairman nor Managing Director know of him or the company.

    He called back this morning saying the chairman had asked him to set up a meeting with the MD which was a lie. The MD called him back and gave him a piece of his mind. Lloyd has called back twice since but said nothing. Just stayed completely silent.

    Awful people. Called in and my colleague put them through to me as they lied and said that they had spoken to me before which was totally untrue. They get quite aggressive if they are challenged. I keep telling them to remove my number from their records but they don't do it. Nasty people.
