Called claiming to be about my life insurance policy. I don’t have one. I do have another policy with Royal London. Claimed I was paying too much and could get me a better deal. When I said I was self-employed I was passed to a ‘senior consultant’ who first said I was paying too much and he could get me a better deal, then said I was on the best deal and then he abruptly hung up. It’s either a scam (to confirm info they already have) or bad telemarketing. Beware.
