   This strikes me as dubious.
   
   I have just received such a call from 01793888585 - not answered. No one should be contacting me for any survey; I do not do business with Nation Wide or Skipton BS.
   
   Any call that is not wanted is a nuisance call; the only unwanted calls I tolerate are: "Oh sorry, I must have mis-dialed." If only because we can all mis-dial.

   If this type of call is not covered by the TPS then it should be. These are unwanted calls which by definition are a nuisance, and are therefore spam. You should not be calling anyone on the TPS because these people have clearly stated their preference, i.e. they do not wish to receive junk calls. You must be stupid if you think you can call people on the TPS and not immediately get their backs up. I feel sorry for your staff who are just canon-fodder for the abuse they receive on your behalf.

   How can this person state that "unable to divulge a building societies name for data protection reasons" absolute twaddle ! How can a simple company name be under so called data protection act. Any company who puts out rubbish statements like this should be ignored as they, like many others, hide behind the all encompassing " Data protection reasons

   You are scammers, you want personal information to either scam or sell on to scam. The Nationwide DO NOT give out customers details to 3rd parties. I should know as I work for them. I have reported you to Action Fraud. Anyone receiving calls from this number, BLOCK IT
