An individual, claims to represent Sky, mentioned the possibility of obtaining a new phone on an existing deal. Requested an email for review, but the caller claimed that emails were not being sent currently. Promised an email post-enrollment. I terminated the call as the emphasis on the "free" aspect increased, raising my suspicions.
