    Caller said from Sky, offering me special deals on account of me being VIP member. Knew my name but wanted me to confirm my address and account number. I declined. Said I don’t share such details on phone and he hung up.

    This was someone apparently from Sky, which I thought was strange because I don't use Sky anymore, and they were saying they will cut my connection if the account is not paid.
