Probeus reported unknown with the number 01913726973 as Survey
Picked this up because I thought it was a local number rather than an international number. Started off by telling me who and where I was so they knew they were talking to the right person and proceeded to pile through a survey without asking if I wanted too. Suggested that as an automatic call they would keep ringing until answered so I would be better off taking the survey now and having no further calls!
Even though I declared no interest in various parties that they covered they then asked if these parties could call me. This is obviously a call scam to allow UK companies to cold call without falling foul of the preference service because you have 'invited' them to call by showing an interest in the survey. My advice is to decline the call and hang up as soon as they tell you it is a survey.
My call line ID helps me to filter these calls normally and I find it simpler to not respond to them as once they know a line is attended they keep on calling.
