Received a call from this number after we filled in contact details on the BoilerGrant.org.uk site. Call took a couple of days wait first and then the guy that called was very unhelpful and slammed the phone down within a minute because we asked a couple of questions that would require simple answers first before we continued, he answered first, but seemed to get annoyed 2nd time as it seemed he did not want to deviate from his script. Maybe he will call back but will try another company now in the meantime, as another couple of days have passed!

JTM called to make an appointment and I missed the call. I had complaoned that hey had not called me previously.
you cannot call them back as they answer and ask how they can help but as soon as you say anything they pretend they cannot hear you and put the phone down
I have now tried from 3 different phones and am very annoyed. -
