    Called me. Claimed to be from Octopus. Offered to knock money off my bill if I paid immediately without thought and gave Bank details. Sounded fraudulent. Absolutely no interest in producing a correct bill. Simply not the way an honest business would behave.

    Its a number Octopus use but it is also currently being Spoofed by scammers so you get a call supposedly from this real number but the call is actually a scam phishing for details. If in doubt, just hang up and call back to Octopus yourself on the customer support number or email them direct.
