    Investigator Fed Up reported PCS ES LTD with the number ‎02033988623 as Cost trap

    1/23/24, 10:26 AM

    Duped by offers of building work, which never happened despite down payment. Been taken for a ride. Do not deal with PSC ES or Jordan Frost in any of it's guises. If anyone knows where he is, let me know.

    McTavish replied 1/23/24, 11:32 AM
    Reply for FED UP - So sorry to hear of your experience with PCS ES.
    I am dealing with Trading Standards who actually reached out to me regarding this bogus company and this was due to me contacting Citizens Advice. I have also registered this company with ACTION FRAUD too.
    I too have lost a large deposit paid to Jordan Frost! Their Wbsite has come off Line in the last week. I sent 2 Registered Post Letters to their London and Portishead addresses and (obviously) had them returned but it is all evidence for me. If you ever find Frost I too would be very interested in knowing where he his!!!!!!!
    Fed Up replied 1/23/24, 3:06 PM
    Top Tip... have also submitted a report to Action Fraud today.
    Please Beware replied 1/25/24, 7:12 PM
    Sorry to hear others have been conned by frost. There is a pattern to his activities and he appears to have already started new ltd businesses these last few weeks. (Not related to construction) all can be found on companies house using previous directors. There are a couple of addresses where letters can be sent, although unlikely to be replied to, they do get delivered. Khonsu assets ltd is still live on companies house. He is "a person with significant control" and with a live address. Hopefully this may be of help to someone.. It's all in the public interest as it is shown on companies house.

    All over it. I cannot believe what a “web” of deceit has been woven, it’s endless. Great intel. Keep it coming!

    Reply to ALL - This morning I received the following in an email.....What do we think??????? Terrance Hunt is the 'Director'.

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of PCS ES Ltd to address a recent situation that has affected our service delivery.
    First and foremost, I want to extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that our company may have caused you. We value your trust and support, and it is with regret that we find ourselves in a position where we are unable to complete the project as planned.
    Due to certain unforeseeable circumstances, which have had a significant impact on our ability to deliver the expected outcomes, we have made the difficult decision to halt the project. Please understand that this decision was not made lightly and it is as challenging for us as it is disappointing for you.
    As a token of our commitment to your satisfaction and to mitigate the impact of this development, we are initiating a refund process. We assure you that a full refund will be issued to you within 28 days of receiving your bank details. To facilitate this, kindly provide us with the necessary banking information at your earliest convenience.
    We understand that this situation is far from ideal and we are genuinely disheartened that we cannot bring the project to its intended fruition. Rest assured, we are taking significant steps to ensure that such instances are avoided in the future and to maintain the high standard of service that our clients expect from us.
    Your understanding and patience in this matter are greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us directly.
    Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
    Warm regards, Terry

    @McTavish.
    OMG! If they plan to issue a refund then they can send you a cheque. Please *don't* share your bank details with them.
    In our case the house has been left unfinished and unfit to live in... I wonder what refund they would consider offering us ?
    I'm very curious to know what email address this "Terry" sent his email from? Watching this thread with interest
    McTavish replied 1/26/24, 11:15 AM
    @Robin Hood ... Here is the email address I receievd the email from this morning. I was also emailing Jordan Frost at one stage but he conveniently stopped and it was Terrance who began communicating with me. After a while all my emails were being ignored until the one I receievd this morning.
    [email protected]
    [email protected]
    I am so sorry to hear about your house, my project never actually began.
    I am definately responding to him requesting a Cheque. If I can help further please let me know - as I have previously mentioned I have had contact from Trading Standards. Thay asked if I would be happy to provide a statement and even go to court if I was asked. They got in touch because I had contacted Citizens Advice.
    Robin Hood replied 1/26/24, 11:27 AM
    @McTavish
    That's really interesting, we're not convinced Terence Hunt (whose name seems to have several different spellings) actually exists, or if he does, if he even knows he's a director of this cowboy outfit.
    You might be well advised to speak to TS before responding asking for a cheque.
    Your project never starting has probably saved you a whole lot of heartache and further loss believe me.
    Please Beware replied 1/26/24, 12:25 PM
    Responding to MC tavish. Very interesting. I too do not believe Terence, Terrance or however the spelling is today, exists or is aware he is a director. Having done a lot of research I can find nothing on Hunt other than companies house connected with Frosts. All the companies were incorporated by "companies made simple" 20 - 22 wenlock rd. There is a fair bit in the press on how they operate. Directors often plucked out of thin air. If I were you I would speak with trading standards and take their advice before making any response.
    Fed Up replied 1/26/24, 12:56 PM
    Friends - Husband and scaffolder have been round to see "the boys" at Elm Tree Farm this morning. Snivelling toads too scared to come out the house, so phoned the Police. The Police oversaw a heated conversation with everyone, mainly about "where's our money" and Brody Frost was wetting his pants! We too now have Terry's email address, for what it's worth. Trading Standards don't believe Terry is anything other than a front man, so his email just sounds like another attempt at "buying time". Don't share bank details!!! Also working with Trading Sandards and Action Fraud, who are all over this! These are not normal business people, they are scammers on an industrial scale!
    Robin Hood replied 1/26/24, 1:48 PM
    @Fed Up
    Wish we could have been a fly on the wall for that visit - hell, I wish we could have been there too. I begin to feel slightly sorry for Brody, he's so young and impressionable, he probably wishes he'd never been born into such a family of conmen. Yeah, ok, no, I don't feel sorry at all.
    I'm mighty glad Trading Standards are on this - and Action Fraud now too, though neither will help get our money back, or the house repaired as it's deemed to be covered by "civil" law rather than criminal - PCS ES Ltd in every way is most definitely criminal. Definitely wish we could all take a combined approach to get some redress from these thieving charlatan ******** (insert your preferred expletive)

    Are we all from the same part of the country - South West? It would be good to link up either in person, or in a private online group…
    Please Beware replied 1/26/24, 6:41 PM
    Response to Fed Up, We had the same thought but I think we are all here because of a need for anonymity. I for one fear of repercussions but felt we needed to warn others in some way. To get together would be great but how? We have at least all reported to the same people and I believe that this thread has helped us in joining forces. West country yes. We are in the Yeovil area.
    Fed Up replied 1/27/24, 9:47 AM
    I’ve now had the email from “Terrence”, but don’t believe it for a minute. What Director signs off an email with “warm regards” in such serious circumstances? I think this is a creation of Brody and his AI business app! He is trying to buy time…. Report, report, report. I am in Clevedon, and my mobile number is 07900 608891. I believe we can come together as a group and happy (as I can be) for anyone to give me a call. Strength in numbers, and it would be good to talk about our shared experiences….
    Robin Hood replied 1/27/24, 6:45 PM
    @McTavish & @Please Beware
    Following @Fed Up's last message we took the plunge and called them - they're genuine people and a WhatsApp group has been set up. It would be great if you feel able to get in touch too to join so we can work collaboratively to stop these professional thieving bar stewards destroying anyone else's lives.

    Nicola - This is very sad to hear. You are not alone, and if you would like to talk to me and others who are sharing similar experiences, please feel free to give me a ring on 07900 608891.

    12/7/23, 10:38 PM

    I had the misfortune of coming across Jordan Frost through his company Gladiator construction. He had me over big time. Cost me thousands. I see now that he is at it again. 30 years experience? His arsehole isn't even that old. If anyone is interested look up "truffles pension scam" also Bristol Group and his involvement in the 3 metres orchard rising at elm tree farm. Various drive away petrol thefts. This is only a part of it. My advise would be have nothing to do with these people.

    Please Beware replied 12/12/23, 1:17 PM
    And a new "company" launched by Jordan Frost using the same phone number. PCS Aggregates & Waste Ltd. (Funny how he isn't named as director yet again). No doubt ready to scam more people out of their hard earned cash.
    Please Beware replied 1/25/24, 10:26 PM
    In response to Fed Up. Yes a huge web with many of the same family involved right through southern England. The only other help I can give right now is the last remaining employee is shown on linkedin. Brody Frost is chief marketing officer for pcs es and also chief admin. He is Jordan's younger brother. He also works for Their Father Brian. You will find Brody has a linkedin page as mortgage advisor at Fish4mortgage who have an office in Worle, Weston Super Mare. Again all this info is in the public domain and can be found on the web.

    Mr truthful reported Jordan Bryan Frost with the number ‎02033988623 as Cost trap

    10/14/23, 11:51 PM

    This man is a professional fraudster and his company is corrupt. We were interested in having some work done so we checked him out. He was convicted for blackmail. His website is a total pack of lies. He is not a builder. He and his brother claim to sell helicopters with his other company khonsu., Yes cons you. And he most certainly will.

    McTavish replied 12/1/23, 3:11 PM
    I have just received a phone call from someone who claims they were an employee up until the last couple of day and they wanted to tell me that PCS ES is a con and for me not to pay any more money to Jordan Frost. I was extreamly unsure if the call was real until reading your comment after googling details about the company.
    I have unfortunately paid a deposit but now feeling that I too have been scammed.
    Very unsure what to do next?
    Robin Hood replied 12/7/23, 5:25 PM
    In response to McTavish, this company is most definitely a bunch of fraudsters - without wanting to say too much please steer well clear and take steps to get your deposit back if you possibly can.
    Citizens Advice are well worth talking to ;)
