When I don't recognise a number I answer and remain quiet - caller soon cuts off. However love playing games with "accident claims" and play along with them - ask which accident they are referring to as I have had (not!) 10 in last year - totally confuses them! If they can waste my time - I can waste theirs.

"Hannah" asked me if I had recently had a car accident". I told them that yes, the accident took place last weekend and involved the Queen and the US president - I was surprised she hadn't seen the headlines. "Hannah", unfazed, asked if I had made a claim. I said, well, the Queen, as you know, always carries lots of money and so she jumped out of the car and handed over a few thousand pounds. The line then went dead.

My daughter, who is a minor, received a call on her mobile from Hannah stating that she has been in a serious accident - my daughter said no, she tried to question her and she hung up. I called the number back 02036349839 to try to get some information but they kept hanging up. I think they are from an Indian call centre, they are very rude and have no manners - I eventually got through and have reported them to the police as this is a nuisance call - they seem to think it is OK for them to call people and be rude when you do not co-operate. I would suggest everyone should report them as they follow no standards with regards to nuisance calls.

no company name given, but person said her name was Hannah, I was transferred as soon as I started to challenge her information, usual claims cold calling, hung up as soon as I asked them to tell me where they received my details and what detail they had about me,

Unsolicated call, I think "Hannah" is actually not a real person at all and instead a computerised audio script because I managed to confuse it quite easily and get it to keep repeating the same question with exactly the same inflection.

this number called me today at 12.20pm I answered but they hanged up on me after 3seconds. nuisance calls like this should be banned from making false statements about every person on the planet and how do they get our numbers? if it's automatically on their system these kind of people should not be allowed to have our contact numbers that's breaking every rule in the book. I'm appalled at this kind of behaviour.

Needless to say I haven't - informed the female caller of this fact & hung up.

Got a call on mobile today from 02036349839 from Claim Law asking for confirmation on my recent car accident (i have not had one). It sounded like an ordinary cold call from Indian call centre at first..but as the caller did not respond to any questions it seemed as though it was a computerised recorded call responding (not very well) to voice recognition. Eventually the "caller" put me through to their supervisor which was a real human in a very noisy office. He again tried with the car accident script. He eventually answered my question and confirmed the first call was recorded.And said they got my details from Road Traffic Accident Department (which I presume does not exist). Unfortunately at that point he got fed up and hung up so he never did get to hear about the accident I never had!!!

"Hannah" called me and said I have been informed that I'd been in an accident that wasn't my fault and I said no that's not correct, how did you get my number and she said "OK" and hung up!
