The caller wouldn't accept that I hadn't been in a car accident or that I hadn't even got a car, became very rude and tried to demand personal information so I hung up. Got another call less than a minute later, different caller.

Said they had data from RTA (road traffic accidents) from Government source which suggested I'd been involved in a car accident.
As I haven't & no one I know has - this is clearly harassment calling. Told them I didn't request their call & to remove me from their called list. Still talking as I ended the call. -

Claimed that "a person from your address has had an accident/car has been damaged" and made up some rubbish about where they got my details from.
Asked for my details to be removed. Said they were escalating to manager when I asked how they goy my details but actually hung up instead.

keep getting called about a car accident that I've never been in. Very rude girl knows more about me than I do. When I asked what name she had for me she hung up. This has been shared on facebook so everyone can block the number before being harrassed. Hopefully they'll have no one to pester and they'll all be out of a job!!! GOOD!

Keep getting calls from this number saying I have been involved in a car accident and they are dealing with the claim, I explain I have not had an accident and have asked to be removed from their database, they agree and hang up. This is about the 10th time, and I informed my insurance company of these pestering calls.

Called about the accident I (didn't) have. When challenged they hung up. I rang back twice to complain and they hung up twice. Rang a third time and asked for supervisor's name. David Backum - but he was "in a meeting". I asked for address of company and was told it's 27 Old Gloucester Rd London, WC1N 3 AX. Then he hung up too!

Got a cold call from these people on my mobile about having had an accident etc. They said they were Accident Expert Law at 27 Old Gloucester Street, WC1 N3AX. I don't know if this is correct or not. I blocked this number but unfortunately these companies have many numbers to call from.

I had two calls from this number today. Best way to handle them is to say 'which accident are you referring to?' This throws them as they are clearly fishing. SO I push back to them again and ask them to tell me which one because if they know I've had an accident they would have details. This can go on for a while and it just wastes their time and effort and their time is money. It always works and they end up just putting the phone down on me. Today is the first time this number has called me so they might now flag me as an unsuitable number to be called.

This call was automated and from place called Accident Claim Law, I think. The 'person' on the other end is supposed to sound real but it is suspiciouly robotic. I asked a few simple maths questions to ascertain if I was dealing with a real person and it hung up. Do not trust this number - block it immediately.

Obviously a foreign based call centre, when asked where they were based i was given several addresses including "old leicester street london" postcode wc1 5anx ha, when asked what he can see out of the window from that address he said he will just look it up! Just a scam battery farm call centre trying to filter random people into a claims list to sell on, need reporting to the ICO and closing down quickly.

they rang me twice today, I rang back asking them to remove my number. The operator got quite aggressive when I refused to confirm if id had an accident as I stated it was none of his business. ive blocked the number but they use very strong bullying tactics.

absolute idiots, as people have said, "we have been advised you have been involved in a car accident in the last 2 years which wasnt your fault" when i asked when was that she said, "can you confirm if you have?" when i said, so you dont know if i have, she said goodbye and hung up

Calls themselves Accident Expert Law - lady called saying they had information from the 'british transport authority' that i'd had a car accident. She hung up when I said it wasn't me. I called back and a guy called Kevin (Asian accent) answered. I asked him about the call and he hung up. I called him back 4 times querying about the call. He hung up each time. I called him a arsehole on the last one.

We have had a report from the Road Traffic Dept to say that you have had an accident is that true?
When challenged caller gave name as Penny Caulter and repeated that she had had a report from the Road Traffic Dept about me.
I found the call menacing and when I further questioned her about this supposed report about me she replied "your name will be removed from our list" but failed to answer more questions as to why my name was ever on a list. -

They said it wasn't a sales call, they just wanted confirmation that I had been in an accident in the last 5 years - obviously just fishing for information. When I asked them where they got their supposed information from they said the National Statistical Office, another outright lie. I told them I was on TPS and they put the phone down on me. They obviously have no details of any accidents, just trying to con people into providing them with personal information.
