Another quick Internet search told me that they ring regarding being in an accident and they will have an English sounding name,scripted dialogue and not answer any questions about the accident and eventually hang up.

I misses this call as my phone was off but a quick Internet search told me this was an Indian scam call centre pretending to be in London, with an outside London area code. This number can be purchased for roughly £3. Do not answer it is a scam.
