Said she was from the customer services department of a company that sounded like Glaxo-something, then asked about an accident I was apparently involved in. As soon as I said no she hung up abruptly.

Try to get you to put in a false claim for an accident you haven't had! Robbing thieves! However, much fun was had for 20 minutes wasting their time winding them up. Actually felt disappointed when they finally realised my registration plate with f*** **f in it didn't exist and they hung up after having a go at me for wasting his previous time!! Idiots!
