Tried to sell me loft insulation, told he I've got recently on a grant. Then went onto cavity wall insulation,, can't have that done, not got proper cavity walls. Then tried to sell me external cladding insulation. Told her to 'sod off and I would be reporting the call as a nuisance. She then went on to try and sell me a new gas boiler.
