   It is quite possibly the sim registration call for a new sim card. Although it will show as a voice call. most likely with Lyca Mobile (?)

   I contacted Lyca about this number occurring a number of times in my account's call log. Here is Lyca's explanation and what you should do to stop this:
   
   The number +447404000130 is a phone number used as a forwarding server for storing voicemail numbers.
   Hence, there is nothing to worry about because that is just a technical number.
   If you want to turn off the voicemail, dial *185# and restart the handset after.

   Topped up my PAYG sim with LycaMobile and this number appeared on my statement, at NO charge!
   It is quite likely a sim registration call (as a voicemail) by Lyca, as noted by harryd (above).

   This is a phone number used as a forwarding server for storing Voicemail numbers. On GPRS/Non-3G networks, it is necessary for forwarded voicemails to be delivered to another number, so they can be recorded for future delivery to the owner of the number.
   
   This number does not function without a 'forwarding number' as well as a caller, and thus direct calls to it will not work as the program has nowhere to put the recorded message. On some handsets, the number will be matched to the Voicemail functionality of the phone and Lyca subscribers will be connected to their own Voicemail.

   its been dial from my phone time to time i cone,t see it in my dining book but I can see it on my online statement I ridal it couplo times but it said the number is not in use don't know what what is it .

   I noticed that my calls are being forwarded to somebody when i make calls to bills, bank, benefit and council etc.
   I checked on google how this could be happening and found this number 07404000130 on the forwarded call settings and i know my phone is being hacked.
   I had conversations with the hacker believing i am talking to the right people, they ask for personal informations.
   same things is happennning to my other phones.
   evrytime i make a call on my screen i see : Call forwarded conditional, Call on hold, Call retrieved even thought i am not pressing any buttons.
   i was trying to make an important call to the bank as they have remote access to my phone they were cutting off my calls, i could hear lots of noise radio noises.
   still trying to figure out how to remove them, getting a new number? ,a new phone? checkint my wifi router?
