Pushy "lady", rude when challenged for further information. Said they were "Rapid Communications". This must be a really demoralising job to have to call folk all day and be pushy and rude. Perhaps re-training companies could give them a call to help with personal development issues.

Said about my BT line and if I aren't with BT I'm with Openreach and I'm in debt.

He didn't give his name or who he was calling for and there was a false office noise on the call
