    Automated system did not recognise my number so put me through to an agent, who answered as Nationwide. Verified my ID using Nationwide app. No problems at all.

    I was in town spent £23 in Pound Land, tried using my card, it got blocked not long after got a text but didn't hear it, not long after got a call from 0800 4643139 a robot voice asking did I spend £23 with a date and time reply with Yes, it asked me what year I was born it gave me three years I had to say the number of mine.     Automated call from the nationwide fraud team supposedly wasn't sure so hung up seems odd to have a Automated fraud call will call nationwide tomorrow.

    Apparently the Nationwide Fraud Team. I'm always a little cautious with this type of phone call so not sure I believe that they were who they said they were.
