They called and stated that they were from Sky and to try and get us on board to renew the sky protection, we've never had sky protection and there was a baby crying in the background!! Scam, don't fall for it and DON'T give out any personal or money information. Am going to report it to sky!

So please if you hear a kid scream then the agent should be apologising for the noise plus the company's automated service should be making you aware that they may be back ground noise -
