Seemed trustworthy. When they realised that the upgrade to BT Infinity wasn't necessary for my needs they didn't try to push me. First time they have called me. I haven't given them a 1 for completely trustworthy because I don't know yet whether they will start phoning me on other days so I awarded them a 2. I let them know that I would have been interested in their service years ago but it took them years to make my area ready for Infinity despite them estimating it would be ready in only a few months
and now they're too late because I no longer use as much bandwidth and don't need it now. -

Called every day at roughly the same time for the past 5days. Did so previously a few months back for around 2weeks before eventually stopping. Won't get the hint or stop EVER. Was only with BT for a year and I've regretted it ever since!
