Just received a call from this number trying to collect another £124 after I paid last year and was told there would be no further payments. They are trying to get payment from bank but have wrong card number. Now I've seen this site I will not be giving it to them.

I took out a policy with them last November.
My husband was very wary of them and insisted on calling them back before we signed up for anything.This was a different number.
We received legitimate looking paperwork from them, after a few days.
initially we were still getting nuisance calls, most about PPI.
Now we have having much less but they are now calling our mobile phones. -

This scam company have demanded 29 pounds cancellation charge from my dad and have sent the demand using a different company name but with the same phone number the new name is Secure Telephone Services LTD beware of these scammers!!

Yet another call from this outfit. Cant believe they are still in business as conned my mother out of £180 for sky warranty and now trying to con people with call blocking devices/services. The young lad who called recently gave names of the owners as Terry Mills and Cameron Robinson. Not been able to follow these up yet. But avoid any dealings with this outfit!

Called and offered to stop 100% of private and unknown callers for £1.90 a month. They had some of our bank details and knowledge of our previous insurance cover of our sky box. When we refused to give bank details over the phone and we requested info to be posted, the caller refused. She gave a contact number and we then found this web site thankfully.

Had phoned elderly member of household last week and was told to call again another day and speak to me, wanted to sign up to service whereby they remove number from telemarketing lists and install an international number blocker to phone for £1.90 per month. Caller withheld number but I asked for number to call him back on with bank details.

I told them i didnt have bank details on me ( so i could have chance to check them out)

THIS COMPANY TRIED TO GET MY ELDERLY DADS BANK DETAILS FROM HIM OVER THE TELEPHONE CLAIMING TO BE FROM THE HOME SERVE GROUP (UNITED UTILITIES. HE HAS AN INSURANCE POLICY FOR PLUMBING REPAIRS AND THEY SAID HE WAS ENTITLED TO A LOWER POLICY DUE TO NO CLAIMS. THEY DID THIS WITH SKY AS WELL!

this was a call about stopping unwanted calls and that i was on a number of telemarketing lists and that was why i was getting unwanted calls. They said TPS was no good and they could do the job for a small fee. then wanted my direct debit details for the one of fee of 1.90. I told them i didn't give out details on the phone and could they post me details so i could check them out. they offered to send me an email with the details. I asked for a conatct number and name to call them back after i had cehcked them out. The phone number given was not the same as the one on my caller recognition. on checking i discovered the above comments so glad i didn't give out any details.

This nasty company conned my elderly mother out of £98.99 a year without my knowledge! She asked me to speak to the man and read out her credit card details as she is going blind I looked them up - they basically say they will Barr cold callers but my mother was already registered FREE with the TPS service! No need for this extra "service" it's a scam. When I spoke to the "Ben Adams" (Oh they are all very well spoken men from Dorset with names like James and Ben!) he got VERY aggresive with me and hung up!! Report them to Action Fraud! They also go under different names like Home Direct they keep changing it ... wonder why!
