Didn’t deliver, called to chase, no answer but charged £1:70 on bill, absolute joke, eventually turned up 11 days late with no notice and left outside by front door in pouring rain

DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER!!
You will be charged even though they don't answer the phone. Called twice charged £1.50. Seems I got off lightly considering the other comments......

There is not other way to contact XDP and this high cost number does not get answered either. They claim my parcel was delivered (not to my address) and forged proof of delivery

Disgusting! They messed up delivery and had us waiting for 48mins on phone until we stopped trying and hung up. Just seen it’s cost us over £8 in call charges even though we didn’t get through!!

Joke, took forever to deliver and then charged every time I called to enquire. Eventually turned up at my door opened the van and parcel was not there. They had forgotten to put in their van!
