   Have been getting up to 4 calls per day from this number every day for the last 6 months. The option to get removed from the mailing list doesn't work. When I press 5 to go through to an operator I ask them to have my number removed from the database they either hang up or they promise to do so but do not

   This is the same recorded message that I receive at least once a day. It mentions several banks that may owe me money and to press 5. They never provides the company name. If you receive an unsolicited recorded message or live call and you are registered with TPS (Telephone Preference Service) get as much info as you can and complain at ico.org.uk. The ICO say this situation is improving as they are not getting as many complaints. But it is more than possible that fewer people are complaining. Please don't be complaisant.

   Calls received from this number daily (sometimes more often), offering a supposed refund.
   
   Never had a human being at the other end of it, pressing 9 doesn't make it stop. Caller never identifies themselves.

   Been receiving calls from this number several times a day. I either miss them or cancel it. They left a voicemail unintentionally last time and it was the agent moaning to a colleague that he's either getting voicemail, hung up on or customers let him talk for ages then say no and he's not meeting his targets. What a shame eh :-)

   Hi Bob, Although website's like Tellow are useful, it is the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) who investigate and prosecute nuisance calls (amongst other things.) If you are with TPS (Telephone Preference Service, a free service that is supposed to prevent you from receiving unsolicited calls) then go to ico.org.uk everytime you receive an unsolicited call and make report.

    We are a business and receive these calls all day long. As soon as we say the company name, they hang up. Pain the backside as we have to answer the calls knowing it will be a waste of time

    3-4 calls every day. Ring off if you attempt to complain. Premium rate to call them back what a load of plonkers. Seriously I agree with other comments about finding out who they are and giving them some of their own medicine it would serve them right to get sued for harassment.

    Sick to death of these people telling me (rather my place of work) about possible PPI claims. The only reason I haven't called them back is because then they know for sure that this is a 'live' number. I have no option to answer, as this is a business phone, but I really would like to throttle the people responsible for this.

    PPI Lead Gen (trading Name) based in Yorkshire. Someone needs to find out the limited company name so we can all sue them on moneyclaim.gov.uk for loss of work time.
    
    They do not honour the remove from list option when they call.
    
    If they dont stop calling people when they request not to I will make it my day job to find them and endure they pay dearly.
