Sixt only allow callers to contact individual branches - all calls must go through this 08444993399 - it is a Premium rate Number.
I called this number 08444993399 three times and incurred extra charges of £20 on my monthly mobile bill.
For every call made to this number there are two charges, A Service Charge and an Access Charge.
There are no warnings on their website to alert customers or potential customers that this is a Premium Rate Number.

Sixt Customer replied 5/3/19, 12:36 PMImade a call to this number to arrange collection of a car. It was a six minute call and costed me £4. Won't be making this mistake again !!!!

SIXT charged me 4 x £40 for handling a parking notice.
I called this number on their SIXT RENT in the APP shows as headset with 'call customer support' against it.
I was kept waiting on the phone some answered after 20 mins . total time spent 41 mins. below is what I am charged. copied and pasted below.:
