BEWARE...I rang this number thinking it was my local Nat West branch. I just wanted to transfer some money but this was their call centre and I was charged the princely sum of £4.43 on my phone bill for the privilege. Part of this goes to Bt and the rest to Nat West. Never
again.

The last few digits of the ISA account number do not match mine and nor am I a Natwest customer!!!

Absolutely disgusting. They told me to call thus number to sort out my mobile phone insurance. At no point was it stated that this was a premium rate number. Half a dozen calls totaling over £20. Most of it on hold. I am fuming!!!
