Alot of background noise, hard to hear what she was saying. Aggressive tone, but still somehow desperate. Got suspicious immediately and looked up the number.

They call on behalf of FOREX "Investements" which is a well known scam.
I live in Greece my phone is registered in a "no ad calls" list. Her rude reply was "well, we did call you, what are you going to do about it" and they became extremely aggressive once I asked the caller's name for legal actions.
Big scammers, stay away.
