multiple calls for I guess late payment as I paid sum due on the date due, rather than 2 days earlier as i normally do. Their payment systems do not update until a day later so looks like i am late !! Called back and "sorry our office is closed today, please call back during office hour" get a grip aqua.

This is Aqua. I have received at least five calls from them today, Sunday! No one answers. So I phoned back, my call went to their answer phone which said ,"sorry our office is closed today, please call back during office hours" . Obviously someone forgot to switch off the automatic dialling. Really angry with them.

Calling upto 12 times a day which is illegal also calling before 7.30am and as late as 10pm. I am disabled,skint, rent and council tax comes first they will have to wait there are harassment laws protecting me so why have they not been dealt with!!!!

Aqua call me all day everyday. Starting at 8.30am to 9pm . Always a silent call. Ive told them Im reporting them to Ofcom for harassment and everytime they phone me with a silent call and I call back I will invoice them for my time at a cost of £100 So far they owe me £200 for todays calls and its only 10am

Computer system that calls at least 5-10 times per day. It's something to do with aqua who have passed details on or share with others I don't have an aqua card and don't owe them any money, yet they still calling me for bank details day and night !! I have blocked this number but they should be reported for harassment and deleted!

Every month i pay the full balance on my card by the due date and unless it's well before, late payments still call, gggggrrrrrrrrr!!!!! They do exactly same to my partner, harassing him at work. Usually apologise when you say you've paid but hey, your system's crap!!!

I paid my credit card off early as they told me it would be better if I did that so I paid £249 two weeks later they took another £249 they are now constantly ringing me as late as 10pm 5+ times a day, tell me I need to pay this months bill, uh huh how about you f**k off you took nearly £500 last month for a £249 bill so they can use the extra they took and piss off

I called back and say that they never call me or had our numberlostboy replied 1/22/17, 3:15 PMyep same to me answer phone messages blank daily but not ringing me just voice messages, going call tomorrow as arranged payment already, its actually harrasment -

Keep calling say they are Aqua call me by a different surname, refuse to give evidance of who they are, sound like they are calling from a cafe with people in the back ground asking for cream and talking about holidays! They Take money from bank say it's declined but money still leaves account, when asked why they say it's bounced back, and will be with you in 3 days! 28day latter still no return of money and 10-15 calls a day using th same script different people often not from UK who can't understand or speak english and quoting data protections when asked for some prof of who they are! Don't give any details to them as they find information about you from FB and other social media sites that's why their questions are always Date of birth Postcode and first line of address!

Aqua accounts asking me to pay the £250 late payment charge and minimum monthly payment that they want. Not paying it. Want it to go to debt collectors. Won't affect my credit as its crap anyway. Lol

They should have taken £5 by direct debit there was nothing wrong with my bank details and plenty of money in to cover. I kept checking my bank to see if it had gone through it didn't but due to no problems my end. So I paid through their app online. Got a text saying successful next morn payment hasn't gone through I pay again another successful text check my bank payment t went through then keep getting phone calls! Why? The direct debit not going through was not my issue I then paid twice it's their systems that are crap. Deal with it and leave us alone

Said I had not made payment although I have on my bank account ..... Gave him the details then he proceeded to ask for my bank account number and sort code REALLY !!!!!!!

Over several months having been getting calls from this number. We chose to ignore them for a while as they didn't come up with a caller identity. I started to answer the call but I would pick up and say nothing then I would put the phone down. Did this a few times. Then i I picked up and waited for them to speak which was several seconds. Each time I spoke to them they wanted to speak to someone who don't even live at my address or have even heard of. Each time I explained this they promised to take my number off the system. This word for a while now they have started again. I have became irate and have asked to speak to someone of authority but they say they can't do that. I am at the end of my tether. Any ideas?

Answered once and the guy was an obnoxious teen thinking he knows it all. Will be cancelling my card as it's not something I use regularly anyway but their customer service is disgusting
