   They pretend they are from Aqua Card Fraud Team - they are NOT, it is a very good scam, please do not be fooled. Aqua Fraud would never ring you direct, if in doubt use another phone to call Aqua yourselves. The call is from the scammer who has taken the money from your card, hence why they know all the exact details etc. SCAM

   Wrong. This is a genuine number fif the fraud department. If in doubt, you can call their customer services directly. They were checking that a transaction I had authorised was OK. They had blocked it. The call was an automated service advising me of a problem. All I had to.do was say either yes or no to the transaction. Nothing else, no personal details given etc.

   Got voicemail asking me to call, probably due to "suspicious transaction". I'd already confirmed it was me by text. I can't call number from abroad or using Skype. Poorly thought out anti-fraud service.

   Aqua Credit Card Fraud Department - Ive had card 5 years no iisues pay off whole balance every month yet they refused a transaction for £15.00 at my local take away last night and then send a direct voice mail - i call back 20 minutes on phone verifying details ???- its a premium number they are just racking up some extra money at our expense AND you cant call back using SKYPE or SKYPE to go WHAT A JOKE

   03 numbers are classed as geographical and are included in included minutes, and if you don't have included minutes they're charged at normal national rates.

   What has the length of time you've held your card got to do with anything? The company is doing it's job by blocking transactions that it considers COULD be fraudulent - would you rather it didn't and then end up with your card being used by a fraudster? Why would you want to use Skype to call them back? Why not just can them like a normal person would? I'm afraid the only joke here is you, you complete idiot.
