If we can't retreat into our own homes and be left in peace where are we supposed to go to be left alone? I will continue to be rude to them and hang up. If these people don't like being shouted at or sworn at then don't ring me. The trouble is that with landlines, mobile phones and emails it is just more opportunities for these people to pester us and the law does nothing to stop us being hassled.

Chap called and said I'm calling from ipsos- I said I've never heard of you - how can I help, and he muttered something and put the phone down. Now what legit company would do that ? Rude infact, and I am on TPS !! GRRRRR

These calls come from a company that collects opinions on whats happening in your country now! The more people answer the questions, the more people will get the kind of government they want! They call at times most likely not interfering with work etc....

You are all going to like this. I was phoned by this number all of about ten minutes ago on my mobile which I find odd to begin with, the best part being the voice on the other end was a polite and well spoken Scotish lady claiming to be a recruitment officer for the BBC wanting to know if my household had anyone who was 16 to 23 living here ! I'm now going to bar this number.

Haven't answered any of their despicably timed nonsense calls because after a little research I discovered that this number is a constantly changing bs fiasco fest that isn't worth answering to. Just gonna block them. And you're here which means you've probably been called upon too, so I suggest you do the same and just move on with your life.

I received a pre recorded call on Friday 18th Dec 2015 at 8.45pm
and
another pre recorded call on Sunday 20th Dec 2015 at 4.15pm.
Both calls were made to my mobile phone which is rather unnerving as I can count the number of people who know my number on one hand.
I have been in touch with them and they have no knowledge of ipsos.
I'm not sure what to do as I am practically housebound due to major health issues.

Phoned at 8:40 pm ////// Scam survey company who need reminding office hours are 9-5 NOT after 8 in the evening. Suggest people bothered by this scam company buy a CPR call blocker only £25 from Tescoor ebay. If enough people buy them and block this number then hopefully these scammers will get fed up and get a proper job.

They called asking me to answer 2 questions - first if there were Any occupiers aged 16-23 who watch TV so i said my daughter 18 then they asked if she was responsible for the mortgage etc I said no I'm the home owner, with that it was sorry you don't qualify and they hung up! Should I be concerned?

Something about 40yr old windows & £2000. Declined offer & hung up. If I can get an address I will invoice them £10 p/min then add VAT as they are Scottish & I live in Scotland so can use small claims court. It's been done before, I remember it in the news.

Any genuine business would not be calling a mobile phone at 9.10pm. Downloaded a free android call blocker from the play store and hopefully will not be pestered again.
