SB reported Shipping DHL with the number +441332697800 as trustworthy number

I thought this was a scam initially because I didn't recognise the shipment but it turned out to be a parcel for my company which my phone number was put in as the reference. They were able to confirm a lot of details about the package and didn't ask for any personal details from me.
I told them to contact our shipping department and they were happy to do this. There was no pressure for payment or any attempt to get personal information. I believe it to be legitimate.

This is a genuine number. They called to chase up Customs information for a shipment.

NR reported Fake DHL Customs Scam with the number +441332697800 as Cost trap

Scam trying to contact DHL customers. They say the parcel is trapped with customs but it is NOT. Mine was in my hand when they made this claim. Man hung up when I pushed this further and when I mentioned I had reported them to DHL.
